Digipigeon’s Design

Digipigeon has entered the market from a very different angle to that of traditional CRM, CMS and Order management systems. Many other systems are isolated, they are designed to fit one need in the market place. When we created Digipigeon we saw many good products available, but there were big gaps in between them. To fill these gaps cost companies thousands of pounds.

So we decided to create an enterprise level solution that provides core functionality to an assortment of needs by creating a plethora of integrated on-demand systems, all under the one title, Digipigeon.

The power of our system grows on a foundation of knowledge which gives digipigeon a solid development platform. We manage all of our core functions internally, which means we have greater control, and flexibility. We manage our own servers which ensures compatibility, speed in resolving technical issues, and increased reliability. We do not depend on others.

We created a system that solves problems, not that replicates cumbersome over bureaucratic procedures which require thousands of pounds worth of training. Our system will let you efficiently input data as you receive it, and output information how you like it.

Digipigeon Philosophy

1. We don’t Duplicate: Data will not be duplicated, if there are situations where data needs to be duplicated, it will be done effortlessly, with little/no user intervention.
2. We Work: All processing, backups and upgrades will be carried out by Digipigeon. We have a secure system elevating dependency on clients systems.
3. We are Affordable, Accurate, Effective, and Efficient: During any process in the Digipigeon system we will ensure that we create effective solutions that are affordable, and efficiently produce accurate results.
4. We Evolve: Digipigeon is constantly evolving to keep up with changes in technology and to continue to meet our client’s needs. Clients will never have to upgrade, or have (internal) integration issues as our technology evolves. We don’t have traditional release/version numbers, just a revision system which will be implemented with no user intervention.
