VoIP Network Problems

We are currently experience call problems on our network and are investigating the problem.

Update: The problem was fixed as of 10:30.

Call problems

We are currently experiencing problems with incomming and outgoing calls. We are currently working to rectify the problem and hope to have it fixed soon.

Update: The problem was caused by a relay server and was fixed as of 12:30.

Unexpected Downtime

As of 14:00, we experianced unexpected downtime due to a failure of a power board in our datacentre. Engineers have fixed the fault with the power board and all servers have now been switched back on.
By 18:00 all our services were restored. We appologise for any inconveniance caused. If you continue to have any problems, please let us know by sending an email to our support system - support@digipigeon.com.
