Auto-Attendant (IVR)

The trixbox Pro™ Auto-Attendant allows you to direct calls to the most appropraite person or department to deal with their calls. For example, Press 1 for Sales, Press 2 for technical support. With the Auto-Attendant you are not just limited to transfering calls within your office, you also have the ability to transfer calls to mobiles or external landlines.
