Concurrent calls

Concurrent calls refers to how many active external calls there can be to/from lines outside your switchboard at any given time.

For example, we have 4 people on our switchboard, Jon, Lucy, Tom, Sue.

Jon receives a call from a customer, and Lucy makes a call to a different customer meanwhile Tom is on the phone to Sue. In this scenario there are 2 concurrent calls, Jon and Lucy.
